Zumba - join Vanera Aponte & move your hips to exotic rhythms & the hottest
music. Get your heart racing with Vanera's funky moves & creative combinations.
Next, West African Dance with Karen Love, Director
of Umoja Dance Company. Learn about the culture and traditions of the continent
while moving to live drumming! This class is sure to set you on fire! Last,
but not least, Zumba Meets Africa. Zumba and African
combined, accompanied by the sounds of the djembe & more! |
